Ratings and reviews

Great service if everything goes well. Used this service for over a year and had to reach out to customer care multiple times due to vendors not showing up. Reliability and vendors constantly rescheduling are the primary concerns. Never had a problem with the job when the vendor showed up.

The app itself is easy to use. I like the convenient scheduling and payment. The actual services provided leaves much to be desired. They raised my rate a month later. They say you'll have the same servicer but ours has changed every single time as has the day they work. They even got the wrong house yard once and another time they piled the leaves in my neighbors yard.

I wouldn't be able to tell you how the app works, except for the fact that there is no option to contact the "vendors" directly through it nor an actual customer service line. Which makes it possible to avoid taking any responsibility. My account lasted from the 11th of September to yesterday (which is when I requested it be canceled), and yet my lawn mowing was rescheduled atleast 5 times. How does that make any sense. And yet they still had the nerve to try and charge me... For what?!
