My bonuslink redemption experience. Very bad. No delivery from seller for my redemption for more than 10 days. Informed Presto by email. They took 3 days to check and reply to inform that i need to wait 1 more month for supplier to restock my order item. Order on 3 July 2024. Presto inform need to wait till mid August 2024 for shipment. So better buy from Lazada and Shopee. Dont waste you time and money here.

Useless app. Limited items available, no free shipping, few or none discounts, bad customer service experiences, cannot directly chat with seller and many more.. I regret buying the Presto Gift Card because I've ended up with nothing to buy. I used to buy Petronas voucher from this app but recently Presto removed the voucher and now my Presto balance left hanging there. Can't withdraw the balance also.

I used to be a loyal customer before the rebrand(fomerly 11street), but I was shocked to find out that the credit expiry is deemed within one year, whilst when I checked last year the sellling platform did mentioned about non-expiry credits! Plus all the emails i received r in the spam folder, the app itself keeps logging me out, everytime when I lauched the app it requires me logging in again! Update: I got my credits back, good job listening to customers, Thx, will continue to support
