I had a good experience untill afew days it wouldn't work on my phone. Keeps loading untill it says "Error" and push me to dismiss the video. I was really disappointed

It take so long to load at startup of the app, causing me to ignore watching content most of the time.

Possibly the worst entertainment platform experience I've ever had, you can find these shows anywhere else with far better quality, when you try to cancel whether through the website or through anyway else, they will ask you to contact their customer support which doesn't even exist. I don't recommend anyone to subscribe even if it was for free. Update: I emailed you a week ago and no one answered and I'm still being charged for a service I don't use and unable even to cancel!!! Thieves!!!!!!
