In theory this is an excellent app and can work really well. Unfortunately, I have had too many bad experiences. There are very few petrol stations on the app that will actually come out to help, or even answer my text. This often leaves me having to get out of my car and go into the shop to ask, which is very challenging. The app in Ireland appears to be limited to Applegreen and Texaco (I think). A solution to the issues faced by myself and other could be to have other stations get on board.

It iis ace (June 2019). I have been disabled since 2014 and this app is a game changer. I miss the option of when rejected ..not knowing why. Eg no fuel , closing or unable to help in next hour, or other reason. Because some of us can either wait or send a carer at some points if it's open. Eg a family member before day trip, because I don't trust getting fuel away from known stations. This app helps with that and map view

Good idea, app works well, but let down by some stations that are unable to assist when I ask for help. There are two stations on my regular 35 mile commute that use the app and eight that don't. Both are unable to assist more than half the time and are Shell stations which are more expensive. Get more stations signed up please and include their £ prices in the app.

Thanks for the feedback. We are working to get more stations added, but they have to want to. Stations can only help when they have more than 1 person working so sometimes they can't help. The aim of the app is that you can find out before you go there and waste time. Thanks,
