GET STARTED
To log in to the mobile app, use your Georgia United username and password or if you are a first-time user, select the enroll link to set up your account. Once you’ve set up your account, enable fingerprint or facial recognition for added convenience.

I had to change my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I called and spoke to someone who was able to get me the help I needed. I'm so excited! ALL of my payees have been restored! I'm a very happy girl. Thank you so much! 😊 Not happy at all. All of my payees on Bill Pay are gone. Now I have to go in and reload ALL of them. Tried to get help by calling and got transferred twice, then hung up on. So frustrated! The old app was much easier.

For some bizarre reason everytime I try to log in on the app using the password I created it will tell me wrong password. I will then enter the same password online and it will allow me to login. Something isn't matching up with the app and online banking, if my password is "wrong" it shouldn't allow me to sign in online, which it has and multiple times too. I've also had to change my password maybe over 10 times for that same reason, and it still continues. This new app is frustrating!

I've always loved this app, and the new upgrade is amazing - I really wasn't expecting such a transformation in the interface and appearance. It looks beautiful and while originally I liked having all of my account info on one screen, it's nice how each has been sectioned off for better focus and more direct interaction with each account. I can't wait to see the next upgrade!
