Such a waste of time the number indicated is NOT working been trying to call it everaince I download the app for other query, the chat bot DOESN'T provide any assistance at all and cannot answer proper question unless it is from the pre entered question from their app, NO option to connect to an agent!! NO option in cancelling order!!! Even after sending multiple emails to their customer still NO response!!! after placing an order and paying for it upfront they just gonna ignore everything!!!

Unreliable. It's my first order on the app, it was confirmed in the morning and I was adv that the delivery may take 2-3 days. I contacted them couple hours later to ask if I can have it shipped the same day with addl fee and they've confirmed and I was assured it'll be w/n the day. So I waited and texted them couple of times to ask for the status of the delivery and I got no reply. Uninstalling.

Getmeds staff Alaiza is helpful and responsive to messages. Only 4 star because you wont know when your order get delivered, the rider didn't text nor call. Good thing they have COD option for payment so even if they didin't deliver the medicines, there will be no loss as well. The app provides a lot of discount and they give senior citizen discount which is really great. One suggestion is maybe they could provide real time tracking of order.
