Worst experience using this app. It used to work well but lately there is no customer support. The drivers often do start-end. They also say they will be there but go different way, leaving us with no option but to cancel the ride. We have to pay the cancellation charges on top of having to wait. Waste of money and time. Coupons don't work too. I have reported it several times yet no action is being taken. I am going to uninstall the app and switch to better ones who prioritise their customers.

Worst app for travelling, do not book from it if you yourself aren't travelling or if you are booking for your parents or third person. Cab drivers would loot you to any X amount if the travelling person is not tech friendly to confront the driver. And to top it all, worst customer service which don't listen to the customer grivence and trust their so called cab drivers blindly and believe their false communications. I repeat...DO NOT TRAVEL FROM THIS WORST APPLICATION.

Poor customer service, the drivers don't have their account registered in the app. And demand for payment to be made in cash only, after making payment online the driver demanded to be paid in cash.... Really poor experience with this app... Customer service team does not reply after raising multiple requests I would rate this app a zero if there was an option
