No English. But even then: numbers and names are being entered from right to left or left to right? Y'all crazy?) Cuz its either this or that, cant be both!) Also, the app gets stuck when I do certain things like trying to enter the Snif number for bank transfer. I see the list but cant choose. What is this? Do you even check your own apps? We are in 2022. Transfer of 100 sheckels from 1 bank account to another one isn't overly complex operation. ...Or is it?

After I put my data and everything is correct it keeps telling me that there is something wrong though there was no Red sign indicator and everything is normal. But the program don't give me any other options to do it differently. This is happening to me for such a long times until I give up please find a solution to this molfunction.

Revisiting review and cutting rating to one star. Still poorly designed UX, objects don't fit within screen. Bank touts English accessibility, but nowhere to be found. Coded so that keyboard for entering info (name, PW) doesn't minimize once done, so impossible to "enter". Considering the number of non-native Hebrew users that the Post Bank likely has, it's ridiculous that this app isn't available in English.
