The application is designed to track the financial flows of small businesses, sole proprietors, and non-profit partnerships of real estate owners (TSN) and gardening non-profit partnerships (SNT) using the simplified taxation system (STS), as well as individual entrepreneurs using the patent taxation system (PTS), and small businesses and individual entrepreneurs using the unified agricultural tax (ESKhN).
The primary focus of accounting for TSN and SNT is monitoring contribution receipts, controlling expenses, identifying debtors, and preparing reports for the general meeting. Information from the application's database is used for reporting to the Federal Tax Service.
For sole proprietors using the Patent Taxation System, the application will be useful for preparing patent applications and maintaining a database of fixed assets and vehicles used to create the patent. This will also allow you to maintain accounting records of your activities.
The application supports only Russian and Latin characters. External files must be encoded in Windows-1251.
Designed for use on mobile devices running Android 5.0 or later, with a screen size of 5 inches or more. The recommended processor core clock speed is at least 800 MHz.
The "Numbers in the Palm" app allows you to:
● Manage transactions for multiple organizations with different tax accounting systems on a single mobile device, creating a separate database for each and exchanging both reference data and operational information in XML format between them;
● Store all documents, including your organization's details and all accounts, including personal ones, in a password-protected database that is protected from unauthorized access and external viewing;
● Store information on an unlimited number of real estate or housing properties in the database, recording accrued contributions and outstanding debts;
● Allows you to upload a list of properties from external tables, such as Microsoft Excel;
● Allows you to download deposited contributions and meter readings from external tables;
● Create and maintain a database of counterparty details with lists of officials and contact information for them, with the ability to directly contact them by phone;
● Store information about contracts with counterparties in the database in the form of excerpts of key provisions and links to photographs of document pages, which can be created without leaving the application;
● Use information about organizational details to generate payment orders, cash receipts and disbursement orders, invoices, invoices, delivery notes, and acceptance certificates, with the ability to store links to photographs of several pages of original primary documents, which is especially important, as the shelf life of paper receipts, such as those printed on thermal paper, does not exceed several months;
● Maintain internal budgetary control of expenses and revenues, as well as control over the expenditure of targeted funds, including using this to divide the organization's activities into projects;
● Maintain records of purchase and sale transactions;
● Maintain records of all property and perform fixed asset upgrades;
● Download statements from the Client-Bank system to generate payment orders, prepare transfer documents, and track cash flow in accounts;
● Store in the database a history of changes to counterparty details, their accounts, and all directories (including exchange rates) linked to the operational date, maintaining a link to documents generated on that date;
● generate reports for the Federal Tax Service as part of the income and expense book (where required), a tax return for the corresponding selected type of tax system and, if payments are made to individuals, generate 2-NDFL certificates (it should be noted that the application does not calculate employee salaries).
