Ratings and reviews

The app is only in Arabic. By changing the language to English only the main menu changes but the submenus used to launch complaint is still in Arabic.

Worst Application, Language change not working in all. If I choose language English then I create new request will show in Arabic. Can't complete any requests.

Switching language is not working , User experience is very bad enabling options in settings the colours are not clear you don't know what's active and what's not.
