About this app

App to search for and buy your bus trip with VL.

The app includes:
- Mobile Ticket
- Trip Planner with real-time display
- Stop times with real-time display
- Real-time map showing the bus's position
- Timetables are downloadable


Mobile Ticket for the bus ride can be purchased directly from the app. Secure payment made by debit card or monthly invoice.

Travel Planner helps you to find the best travel option between A and B, and informs of any discrepancies and objections.

Stop Times shows information about outgoing buses from the selected stop.

Timetables app looks just like paper timetables did. The app reminds you of the validity of a timetable is about to expire and updates automatically.

Real-time map showing the bus's position on the map. The service responds to the classic question "Where is the bus?" and acts as a guide before and during the trip.

VL also provides traffic information when traveling outside Västmanland. Use the Res in another county, you can search and purchase travel in large parts of Sweden - an app for 83% of Sweden.

The app is based on the mobile platform MobiTime®.

Ratings and reviews

The application is good, but a major defect when it comes to the QR code. Whenever I buy a ticket, a QR code is generated, which in my phone's case is actually small. This makes it very difficult for the QR readers on the bus to read my ticket, which results in me not getting my ticket read, and just delaying the whole bus. Make it possible to zoom in, on the QR code or enlarge it (currently you can only look at it...)

Why is it not possible to have your discount/monthly bus pass in the app? You can only buy single use tickets. Seems like leaving half your customer base behind. 3 stars because it is actually functional if all you want to do is buy a single use ticket and get on the bus.

App works. But they made a miss for users that use darktheam on there phones. If you have it like this the qr code can not be scand at the bus. Very annoying to change team every time you need to show ticket. Please fix this
