This app is very laggy and loads at a snail's pace... very frustrating to use. Not to mention that the seat booking page requires 3 redirected pages before getting there when it could have been a very quick and simple tap had it been in the app itself. When you get to the page, it expires so quickly and to refresh, I would have to exit 3 pages, re-enter the same 3 pages, and login yet again just to get back to the booking page. This is honestly such a disappointment; please fix these issues.

The app routed me to PayPal login page when I try to pay an outstanding fine. Unfortunately, the login prompt does not allow BACKSPACE to correct typo. I exited the page and try to pay outstanding fine in NLB app again but have to wait 10 mins for last pending payment to clear.

I have been unable to scan the barcode or QR code to borrow books in the last 2 weeks. Had to go the kiosk to borrow the books. The app is still laggy and sometimes takes more than once to get it to launch.
