About this app

Rodent is a client for Mastodon that supports most of the common features and adds a bunch of innovations to enhance your Mastodon experience. To highlight some:
- No-FOMO button: a button that keeps track of the number of unread posts and prevents the fear of missing out.
- Home summary: click on no-FOMO button to access this pannel that lists new posts condensed by author or hashtag.
- Access instances without login in (if the instance allows it).
- Keep track of your position in the timelines.
- Support for lists, including edition and creation.
- Support for hashtag lists.
- Customise the tabs in the main screen as you like.
- Nested and compact replies.
- Multi-instance view: quick flick between instances.
- Light and dark design to choose from.
- Receive push notifications when other users interact with you.
- Write posts with hashtag autocompletion, custom emojis, etc.
- Understand the context of a reply with the embeded parent post.
- Automatic text recognition to help with image descriptions.
- Schedule your posts to be published at a later time.

I believe the app should focus on providing a seamless experience for users without accounts, and remove all functionality tied to registered accounts. A good example of this type of apps is Stealth app for Reddit. Also, this app need to support AMOLED dark mode.

Great design, except I am logged in and don't see the buttons for interacting. I want to use this app, but it is pretty useless not being able to boost or like posts.

Looks nice, but lacks some setup options. And for me, "stay where I left" so i can continue reading instead of remembering and scrolling to the last seen post, is paramount.

Thanks for the review. The new update (v 1.19) now implements the "stay where I left" feature; hope you like it!
