Ratings and reviews

The app works well, but lately I've received parking fines, even though the checkout pictures show clearly that the vehicle was parked in a correct place. Adding to that, Electra charges an EXTRA processing fee, even when they have means to prove the fine is not correct. I reached Electra to sort things out, but they just charged my card and there's NO correct process to contest these charges. This service an unacceptable liability. I'm out and I can't recommend it anymore.

Overall its a good way to go around Limassol on the cheap, the 3day and 7day offers are good compared to other rentals. Sometimes the bikes are dirty and/or have damages like missing mirrors etc. They need a better maintenance team besides changing the batteries. What they really need is to add a 30day plan for the whole month and slightly cheaper prices per day.

The service is a lot better than last year, helmets in bikes now, bikes everywhere, really fast customer service, i had a mischarge of hunderds on euro the bike didnt close properly but it's not been moved and i got a refund! Recommend just to check every ride 10 minutes after to see if its properly closes, happens in services like this worls wide, but not their fault i hope haha great service!
