This used to be great, but it seems to have been abandoned. It hasn't been updated in two years and now crashes every time I leave the app because it doesn't have the necessary permissions for Android 14 timer scheduling. Unable to pause activity: java.lang.SecurityException: Caller spinninghead.talkingstopwatch needs to hold android.permission.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM or android.permission.USE_EXACT_ALARM to set exact alarm

Hi, there will be an update soon to address this issue.

I have this paid version and have been using it for a while. A few months ago something happened where the timer won't sound the alarm when I don't have it open and it has gotten overall very buggy; it could be because the latest Android version. That takes a lot of the use our of it. I have used the app for a while and I do like it. The creator might have stopped working on it. It's too bad, but I think I got my money's worth with all the times I used it.

On my new Samsung S20 Plus, the Ultrachron is now unusable, unless the app is active on the unlocked display. I reinstalled the app, manually added Storage permissions, but Ultrachron still only works when it is active on the display. Developer: I have an app in the Play Store that periodically tests the internet, using a persistent Service, and notification channels with repeating alarms. It is compatible with Android 4.3, through Android 10. I would be willing to share some code Snippets.
