I had an issue because the passport when incorrect (not sure why need passport or card ID for a membership but ok), after few emails with the support the issue was fixed. Foreigners now can register and use the app which is easier to convert points to cashback.

The offer redemption point is totally awful experience. The redemption item that's out of stock is still showing until you push redeem button then you know it's all gone. Why don't you just take it out from your list???? Plus, it's conditions to use that redeemed points are mostly minimum spendings with regular price. Absolutely create bad experience. Given your brand as premium but the way you offer customers is horrible compared to other supermarket stores which have less premium image.

I appreciate the little improvement made recently, i.e. at least now the speed of accessibility is much improved than before. However, it's still big room for improvement. For instance, the transference of The1card points to the Centarathe1 has never been done even though we've tried for many times. Bravo CENTRAL group! You have first class facilities, but your services still yet to achieve the best, including Centara hotels and resorts. Cheers CENTRAL!
