Ratings and reviews

The app is full of glitches: The video never resumes from where it was last stopped. I constantly see watched videos and completed DPPs change into unwatched or incomplete status. The worst issue is the error with the XP points. For instance, I watched a two-hour lecture and received zero XP points. Although the app states, "Don't worry if there's a small error, missing XP points will be added soon!", that message is completely meaningless because those points are never added.

I sincerely appreciate and thank the PW teachers and team for their excellent teaching quality and clear explanations. I have a small suggestion regarding Bluetooth controls. When a Bluetooth device is connected, only volume adjustment works, and pause/resume functions are not supported. This causes inconvenience during lectures. as it becomes disturbing . Kindly consider enabling pause and resume through Bluetooth buttons to imp it would really help alot of uss!!

🗽🫡The app and coaching are really amazing. I had a small suggestion, it would be very helpful if we could stay logged in on two devices (like a tablet and a phone). I study on my tablet most of the time but use my phone while commuting to work, and switching logins each time is a bit inconvenient. I understand there may be reasons for the current setup, but I'd really appreciate it if you could consider this. Thank You :)🗽🫡
