The Ezaga app is disappointing in many ways. The user interface is clunky and confusing, making navigation a frustrating experience. The app frequently crashes, rendering it almost unusable. Furthermore, the promised features, such as personalized recommendations, are simply non-existent. Customer support is slow and unresponsive, leaving users without any help when issues arise. Privacy concerns also loom as the app collects excessive data without clear consent.

I had the worst experience. It's always experiencing technical problems, and the money keeps on disappearing when you try to transfer it. The transactions also get completed without confirming the otp. There's a lot to say but I'll end there, don't waste your time downloading this Ezaga app. It has a lot to improve on.

I can't access the app, it's keep saying 'please check your internet connection' whilst I'm connected to the full functionally WiFi, even if I disconnect the WiFi and connect to mobile data, still no change. I can't access my NSFAS Funds to buy groceries. What frustrating the most is that no one in Ezaga is willing to help. They should just erase the App from surface of the earth and do years of research on how to build functional App instead of this bullsh*t.
