How to get started with PetCam:

1. Choose your home station and activate it (e.g. your Desktop or Tablet)
2. Activate your receiver on your mobile device that will stay with you

PetCam was pretty easy to set-up. I did it on my Windows laptop 1st, then my Android phone. It had a little reverb when I used the voice feature. I just need to play with the settings. I really don't need that feature. I wasn't sure what to pick when I logged into my phone, but figured it out. Overall, it is pretty good. I'll see what happens after my 7 day free trial.

5/1/2019 So I need to update my review and clarify that #1 I did not get more than 20 support emails from the developer, that is a lie, #2 I followed everything I was told even with my new phone #3 I still cannot locate my subscription for this app to cancel it #4 I was charged again even though I have been trying to cancel it #5 I had to cancel my payment methods so I don't get charged again. I feel like if I contact the developer they should help me take care of my issue, and not give me useless instructions that did not help me. They should be able to cancel a subscription if the user is having issues. Because of this they still get 1 star and they are lucky. I tried it for free then upgraded, but I could never talk to my pets because that feature never worked. I've been in touch with petcam support and I mentioned that I wanted to cancel my subscription and couldn't figure out how to do it, they explained to come back here where I bought it and that there should be an option but I didn't see it so I emailed them again a week ago and I still haven't heard from them about cancelling. petcam people if you read this please cancel my subscription.

It was working fine until you decided to update all devices when I'm 2000 plus miles away from the pet station device and no ones home. Now I can't view my cat, it just won't load Update: to one star. As you see they replied to contact support, I got not one response back. I am 2000plus miles away from my cat and I haven't been able to access my "Pet Station" since it updated twice!! 4 days ago!!. Please do not download this app, it is still in its BETA form!
