Ratings and reviews

The app is okay. It doesn't let me change my phone number though, and so I had to call them. After twenty minutes on the phone and multiple security checks, they "got an error on the system" and could not change it. I have to try again later. Sigh.

While it's understandable to feel frustrated with certain aspects of a service, it's important to communicate feedback constructively. You could express your frustration with the poor application experience on Google Play and highlight the positive aspects of their transaction service, while also providing suggestions for improvement. Constructive feedback is more likely to be taken seriously and can lead to positive changes.

Useful to track the balance in my credit card. The WiZink pay functionality is not working for me, a message appears saying I have to download some App, I thought the only app I needed was the WiZink app. Don't know why you don't just enable the WiZink credit card to work with Google pay.
