Overview: All your products directly on the start screen of the My A1 app. From there, you can access details about existing contracts, running times and connection fees. Take a speed test and optimize your WiFi. Book additional data packages or upgrade your tariff directly in the app. Top up your credit quickly and easily. Set limits for your data consumption with cost control. And forward calls to voicemail or a phone number.

Free units: You can see the available minutes and data for each of your products. Select the free units most relevant to you to display them as favorites on the home screen. This means you always have an overview of data volume and data consumption.

Invoices: The My A1 app presents the costs of the last six months clearly and understandably. Download detailed invoices as PDFs.

Discover: Find out about personal offers, news and trends around A1.

Help: In the A1 Chat, the digital advisor offers simple solutions around the clock. Get the right answer for every topic.

Everything is clunky and difficult. The app is confusing, only in German, and is difficult to navigate and renew plans and add credit. I can only imagine for my friends too, since I am basically the only one in my group who can at least get by in German, even if it's not perfect. The lack of plans and actual budget options is also a drawback, especially ones that have EU wide roaming. The fact that a1 even sells plans that don't automatically include this is wild to me, since Austria is so small

No English version. There are people from all over the world that move to foreign countries for studies, projects or permanently. 99.99% of them speak English, thus it would be very helpful to have English version of the app as well, for that category of people until they learn German.. Its not gonna hurt and you can use Google translate to translate it in a few minutes :))) Cheers

App is useless, even if you log in and accept all redicilus conditions(what do you need camera for?) it's still unable to process anything, getting an actual persone over the app is almost impossible. it's menaged by forking AI, that is apart from only registering German stupid and will spin you in circles for hours. you would be better of going to the actual location or calling them.
