This is the workplace application for CBA Group employees.

App frequently stops working for whatever reason. It will refuse to authenticate, with support being of no use, often asking you to remove or decrease privacy measures to get the app to work. The app will not log me in but the swipe security token works anyways so I leave the app broken otherwise I cant get into the office. Heaven forbid I try and ask for a temp card to help fix this issue without being read a troubleshooting script every time to stop people from asking for a card.

The app has become worse after the recent upgrade. Had to get a day pass to enter the building. The app keeps on running in the background and needs to be forced stopped.

Pathetic. Not sure why they replaced card system with this app. Everytime this app gets stuck while swapping. Then go through the tedious process of clearing temps, switching to airplane mode and back on, many times rebooting the phone if none of the options work. Even after reboot, it's not guaranteed it'll be successful. This is the most annoying use of technology I've seen so far. If there were a negative star here, I'd have opted that; not in the mood to give even a single one.
