I was doing UCB credit card bill payment and suddenly the app crashed. I didn’t expected that. Then I had to pay another bill the apps crashed again. Although the Add Money feature works smoothly but in the bill payment there is a crash issue. Please identify the issur and fix that. Thanks and Keep up the good work.

U screw up yr app Again, tried to pay dpdc & some error duplicate key show up, worst app ever. I tried it the 2nd time. This time goes upto open my 48mpix phone camera, but cannot detect original ID card, pathetic. UCB is hampering their reputation with such garbage app 15-03-22: It was working fine untill 3 days, says NO INTERNET, All other apps working just fine.

Server is down. Waited for more than 3hour Still they haven’t fixed the problem. Given the fact It's a money transaction app This is unacceptable. There could be so many emergency that could get worse because of this. If they can't even fix their server in more than 3 hour than what kind of business are they running?????
