Vancouver Bus Tracker is a mobile web app that allows Vancouver bus users to view accurate arrival times based on on-board bus GPS coordinates and leverages the City of Vancouver's open data feed.

Ratings and reviews

Easy to use, allows for favorites, bus arrival, etc. Only problem is when TransLink changes a bus route or location - info MIGHT show up but by far the only bus app I would consider using in this city & pretty reliable for bus times. If it's not working properly reinstall the app, I've rarely run into an issue no matter time of day, will coñtinue to recommend.

*edit* It's working again! I was unable to find anything even remotely as useful as this app is. *last update* When it works, it's a useful tool. But if I don't have a reliable internet connection, it just fails without telling you anything at all, no error message, no "I'm still trying to get it" animation, just an empty box wherever no information came.

App no longer works as of late March 2019. Translink made an update to their real-time website and since that update this app no longer functions. Every time I attempt to look up a bus time it gives me a message along the lines of: "City feed is down. Wait a few seconds and it should be up and running." I tried telling this to the creator of this app but couldn't because the contact email no longer exists. This is super disappointing because this app was awesome and incredibly accurate.
