Have to take off a couple of stars right now as every time when trying to log in the first time, you get the "Oops, username or password is incorrect" error despite both being correct. You can log in after the second attempt, but it should be working on the first attempt. This has been happening since the Oct 10 update. EDIT: Already uninstalled & reinstalled the app. The problem persists since your previous update.

Love being able to make deposits from home. It was disappointment when they upgraded because my old phone didn't work anymore (running Gingerbread). So I had to buy a new one, something I needed to do anyway. The upgrade for me works just like always--Great! The automatic picture snap is easy to turn off, as is auto flash. Edit 2019- upgrades have improved performance.

This app has been wonderful for years, until this week. For some reason it's become very, veeeery slow. Also, it will no longer let me log in via biometric fingerprint. I have to type in the passcode each time. Something changed this week... I sure wish it would change back, because this app has been perfect up until now.
