The citizen may also report a problem that affects the mobility of the city, such as accidents, tree fall, flooding, among others.
With the App, the city will be able to send push notifications with audible alerts when there is an emergency in the City, as well as ringing a siren in the app when the Civil Defense alarm system is triggered.
