Generally very good, especially for booking and rescheduling appointments, but I cannot find a pre-donation questionnaire in the app to complete ahead of time. Is there a window prior to the appointment within which it will only appear as an option?

I am Rh negative and give regularly. The process of giving blood is easy. Less than an hour in and out, including a 10-minute snack and juice break at the end. I attend the Britannia and Mavis, Mississauga location. The process is well oiled, the people friendly. Booking on the app is easy, though when scheduling an appointment, it can be confusing, narrowing down why availabilities aren't appearing, as several possible reasons are given.
