Horrible experience. Portforwarding should be done in router settings. Instead there's text asking you to download BlueCurve "to make it easier" - Which is the wrong app name btw... In the right app the FAQ says click Advanced Settings, but what they DON'T tell you is that that button is hidden behind WiFi>View WiFi Equipment first. Then they also don't tell you how to set up a Static IP which you'll need if you don't want to redo PF every startup. THANKS, Shaw. You SURE made it easier. Jerks.

Why on earth does the device list show multiple devices THAT ARE THE EXACT SAME DEVICE? Flew into a panic when a new device was detected as newly logged onto our network & after a considerable amount of time using the pause function it was determined to be one of our smartphones that was already showing up on the list as an active device. Seems smartphones can show up even more than twice on this list. Dumb.

Uodate: Years later, a whole new phone, exact same error. Shawgers still doesn't care about the quality of its product. Load app, asks me to sign in, promptly crashes. Every time. Such quality! Update: a few months later and they've not fixed it. I see others have the same issue where it gets stuck redirecting in a sign-in loop. Typical Shaw attention to detail.
