About this app

The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, downloading of birth and death certificates for records digitally signed on GHMC server and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

Ratings and reviews

There is no escalation process and authorities easily playing around just closing the complains without any consent. If your reopen, they again closing it and then after you don't see option to reopen.. amazingly disappointed

This app proved really useful for me. Hv raised a complaint regarding non glowing of street lights in my lane and got fixed in two days. Also I didn't know about the procedure to obtain license for my pet dog, which got solved through this app in simple steps. Got the license for my pet on the spot. I would strongly recommend everyone to use this app for solutions in simple way. Thanks to GHMC app for making life easy.

My experience was positive. Till now,I had complained thrice. Once it got delayed but two times,Staff resolved the issue. Thanks.
