Hello from Georgia, a few problems with your app: Cant register with my phone number, because i am not getting a code via sms, so i had to login with Telegram. The map is not fully loaded. Non of the scooters are visible, i tried to scan the QR codes from scooters but it always said: scooter not available. I can't add a payment method. I can't view the tariffs. Please fix these.

Absolutely terrible app and service ! Do not use it otherwise you will loose your money for nothing. I downloaded this app wanted to ride e scooter. Then I tried to activate the e scooter but on the app it shows scooter is activate and I can ride it but e scooter didn't move at all. I couldn't ride the scooter but this Virent took my money from my card even on the app it shows you ride 0 km but they charged me for nothing. Absolutely terrible application. I'm writing this from Uzbekistan.

It is too uncomfortable to use it, I will never use it again, after unlocked the ebike ,the app is also working so slowly , all of your services are trash, the service looks like that they are trying to take your money more
