Device disconnected and would not reconnect to internet after all troubleshooting. Following uninstall & reinstall, app crashes repeatedly on open. I've tried contacting customer service twice with no response. Renders 5 yo product defunct. I proposed adding functionality to create a different meal schedule for different days of the week. The app is simplistic. Camera should also be angled towards the bowl so you can see what is being eaten. A lot of updates/maintenance needed!

was working for a month until it recently disconnected from the wifi. trying to reconnect but the app times out. **UPDATE** its all good now. Better User Interface. Easier phone and device set up thru qr code. Even the original set up thru wifi is more clear and fast. If portions aren't as much when serving try cleaning out the feeder with compressed air.

This app is awful! The camera won't connect after it has been one for a couple of days. I have to reset it to hey it to work properly. The app has no way of updating firmware to the device, which I'm sure the device needs some updates! The sound quality on the microphone from the app is terrible! Tempted to send this device back. People that make this app, FIX IT! IT'S TERRIBLE!
