I really want to like this device. It looks good and I like the data it gives me. Unfortunately, the app is complete garbage. It doesn't integrate with Google home like advertised, I can't share the devices data with another account, and now I am completely locked out of my account and waiting to hear back from customer service. The sign in with Google is broken and it doesn't send an email when I try to reset the password.

I want to like this product, but after over a year of usage I realized that this company does not do a good job. I first encountered lost wifi connection days after acquiring the device. The website blamed "your router" or "your connection". After switching router and cable modem, I still got lost wifi issue AND I did not see improvements on their website help as well as the app, I realized I bought a bad product. Notice that I used Ring and Nest products and they all worked well.

Has all of the air quality information I need and can connect to my devices. Down side is that it does not provide any information about how to optimally position and setup the connected devices (like a fan) to improve the quality of the air. Update: I needed to reset the WiFi on my awair glow and now the app can't find it. The device has become an extremely expensive night light.
