It used to be free, but it isn't anymore. I think if the search engine was more intuitive, it would be easier to find answers related to my question, but usually the search results are either completely unrelated, or they are dog related answers (I'm a cat owner). Definitely disappointed that it's no longer free, may not be using this app anymore.

There used to be two options one was free and the other was paid. The free one allowed you ask a question, get a answer, but didn't allow you to respond back or continue the conversation. That was what the paid one did. I didn't mind at all until they decided to change the free option into paid as well. Which is extremely inconvenient for the majority of people who have downloaded this app.

I have unfortunately had to use this twice for the same cat. Fortunately both times I received great advice that seem to point to the same condition. The first answer both times was from an actual vet not a tech. I'm very grateful for this free advice as I'm on disability and cannot afford to take my cats to the vet every time something seems a little off with them. Highly suggest installing the app. The answers have been very quick as well! Thanks PetCoach
