It is an awesome app. I can control both my tv and set-top box. Moreover, support is incredible. I got the resolution in 10 mins. Kudos to the team. Just few suggestions, 1) D-pad is too small. We need to keep an eye on the mobile screen when clicking here and there. Please make a bit large. 2) There is no back button for Mi tv. I always end up by clicking on the home button. Please fix this. Superb work. Keep it up !

I bought ir cable to use only one remote to change channels. It worked well initially but now it keeps asking me to choose dth operator, language everytime when I try to change the channel and at last end up on same channel and no switch (to selected channel) happens at all. When I click on channel once again same thing is happening. It's too irritating. Can you please look into this. Update that created bad user experience.

I have recently started using this app for my smart tv. But I don't find cable operator provider for my locality. I just wrote an email to them. Within few minutes, I received reply from them. Within a day everything resolved. Now it's easy to handle set-box with one single remote.
