The products are GREAT, this is a review of their app... Will not keep me logged in (have the same problem on their website) and won't allow me to use/redeem my points... We have hay on auto subscribe for our 4 cavvies and have over 1k points to use on toys and treats, but because it keeps logging me out, I can't use them or redeem them. I can't even manage my auto subscriptions because it keeps logging me out. It's absolutely infuriating. Didn't used to be a problem. Hopefully they fix it.

More responsive and easier to navigate than the website on mobile! Love it! The store itself is also perfect for ordering the daily necessities for my guinea pig, though previously I just went online. Very excited to have the mobile app, and my first order just went very smoothly!

My daughter always ordered her rabbit's hay. She swore by Small Pet Select. Unfortunately, she passed away last February and I have her rabbit. It's my first and second time ordering. The order came very quickly and my rabbit (named Bailey) loves the hay. I ordered the 2nd cut by mistake the 1st time. So I had to order 3rd cut and I have a lot of 2nd cut leftover.
