I use the app every day, it always has issues with something. Not to mention the user interface is horrible. I recommend Recon Pro, that app is awesome for technicians out in the field!

App is good. Just do not like how it keeps telling you to punch in on the weekend. Also at times it does not send you to the correct address after you click on navigate.

This app has streamlined customer satisfaction for all of our clients with its simple to use system. It's the best period full stop.
