Applied new credit card thru this app. I contacted call centre, she said that it is ready for collection. However, when I came to the bank, the teller told me that no active application under my name and I shouldn't apply credit card thru app, as it is useless. Then why the option is available for costumer?

I was trying to log in but it says the password need to be change. But when I reset my password there's no option to submit it. I tried to install it again but the same problem exist.
