I placed an order on August 3rd for 4 items. The turn around time was a 16-18 business days, putting it at the end of August to ship out. Today is September 30th and I just got my order. But, I have 2 items that were missing and found two refunds in my account. I received 3 different tracking numbers. I sent multiple emails asking questions and did not receive any back. There is not a number to call the boutique and you can't send a private message on Facebook messenger.

The app is amazing! It's simple to use and my favorite thing is when you are late joining a live video, you can click the shop button at the bottom and it'll show all of the items that you have missed and you can add them to your cart with just a few clicks😍 It's much easier to keep track of all of your orders as well instead of going back through all of the messages! I would definitely recommend using the app💖

I'm very disappointed in their service. Each tshirt listing says to choose brand for basic tees, or can upgrade to a bella tee. I ordered 2 tees, chose a listed brands for each & chose sizing based on brand. I was told they can't guarantee brand when i sent an email, even though it specifically says to choose your brand. I explained if i cant get the brand i chose, 1 tee needed to be a size up. Now, 1 tee does not fit since I did not get brand i chose and they did not size up & can't be returned
