Ratings and reviews

It's a very well put together game but it's absolutely stuffed with micro transactions. It also has a bunch of arbitrary rules about what you can and can't use as far as your tackle goes, and to do something as simple as use a stronger line you have to buy a whole new reel and pole. Frankly it's not realistic despite claiming to be a simulator, and you have to spend days catching panfish before you can get to anything sizeable.

I first played this game on PlayStation, then found it for PC, and was overjoyed to find it for Android, especially with easy controls! FP is my go-to relaxation game. Between the ambient sounds and the graphics, the only way it could be better is if it were VR! I love FP so much, I broke the bank on merch! Still waiting to use my Namu rod and reel, but I sport my FP hat and shirt regularly :D Excellent game, devs! Thank you for bringing a piece of tranquility to my otherwise chaotic existence!

I have always loved this game on xbox despite the over use of micro transactions. I was exited to see they released a mobile version and I was planning on spending some money on some of the extras. Unfortunately now on top of the abundance of micro transactions they are pushing mobile ads left and right. I looked to see if I could purchase an ad free version but there is no way to get rid of them. This company has taken greed to a whole new level. I want to be able to pay for an ad free version.
