I had the same issue with the error "Enable your WiFi or mobile data" and couldn't login, which was quite inconvenient as I always had to use my PC. I thought the issue is with the app, but it turned out to be my phone settings. After sending an email, I received a call by their support dept and here is what she mad me do: make sure the time and time zone is set to automatic, then go to Apps > Hellenic Bank > Storage and clear all data and cache. Works perfect, 5 stars for the prompt support!

This app has a lot of reduced functionality and limitations. No access to veiw card details. No access to transaction information, apart from your own online transfers. No way of opening savings accounts. Let alone open another account. Online login authentication should be provided with the app, not sms... An option to make a direct payment wothout having to create a recipient is preferred. It would be great to be able to buy airtime directly. I find the banking system very outdated.

Contact pay is a new feature and useful. I could not locate my previously saved transfers (to other accounts or other banks). I cannot repeat a past transfer or add /save favorite transfers. A modern look but not so user friendly as expected. Logging out with no reason. New login required every time I switch to another page or pushing back button. Really annoying.

What's new

The newest version of the Hellenic Bank mobile app includes the ability to view statement of fees, the discontinuation of the Russian version of the app and a number of fixes and updates to enhance your mobile banking experience.
