The Apostle who carries the lantern of truth, brings sharia (religion) which guarantees the happiness of creatures in this world and in the hereafter, also to his family and loyal friends.

For the first time in history, I was moved to create an e-book that can be downloaded for free. A book that I have been working on since mid-2010. A simple book but an important read: "FIQH AL-IKHTILAF: NU-Muhammadiyah". I wrote this book and in the end I made it free as an effort to realize our desire, namely to live peacefully in the midst of differences of opinion, especially in matters of Islamic law (fiqh).

We know that differences of opinion in matters of fiqh are no longer a new problem, but have existed since the Prophet Muhammad. died. Differences in fiqh problems continue to develop along with the times and the emergence of new problems in life. After the Prophet's death, differences of opinion began to arise which later gave birth to schools of thought, which among the schools of thought argued with each other, and from their debates it was impossible to find an agreement because each had its own basis which then led to disputes, and from disputes it continues to become a cold war, or even causes physical clashes or political disputes.

That is a phenomenon in the Islamic world. Some of us do not know the words of the Prophet, that "difference is a blessing." Difference is something that is very inevitable, something that cannot be avoided. Especially in matters of fiqh, which is the main basis of the Qur'an and Sunnah. While the way of taking the law (istimbath) of one Fuqaha with another sometimes there are differences. Not to mention if we talk about the conditions and situation (social and political) in which Islamic law was enacted, what verses of the Koran and hadith were used as the basis. It's really getting clearer our belief in the necessity of a difference. Therefore, fiqh is actually not rigid and rigid, but flexible, very flexible.


Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
