About this app

Pair with and name your Science Division Tribble, choose your ship, and assign your Tribble to different modes to carry out your mission:

At Ease: Your Tribble is not searching for Klingons. It will trill to acknowledge you when you interact with it. When left alone, your Tribble will continue to trill, but will do so less frequently to avoid irritating its human companion.

On Duty: Your Tribble will begin actively seeking Klingon agents. Pass it around to determine who is an ally, and who is an enemy among us.

Watchdog: Starfleet is entrusting you with sensitive Federation intelligence, which must be secured at all times. If you must leave data unattended, set your Tribble on top of the object that you wish to protect. If a Klingon agent attempts to retrieve that object, your Tribble will alert you!

Oh, and we’re not supposed to tell you this, but the practical jokers at Science Division programmed an auxiliary translation function into the software on your PADD. It triggers your Tribble to scream at anyone in close proximity. So, technically, you can set it off on your friends.

Do not abuse this.

Good luck, recruit! The fate of the Federation is in your hands!

We love our Tribble and we've had it for well over a year. The sound box works great, except that every time I change the batteries, the volume goes waaay down. Because the app is so buggy, I can't turn it back up, so now we can't hear its sweet trilling, which is a bummer. (Location IS on.) The app also won't let me change vibration and sometimes I can't even get out of a screen. Please... send an update soon. I don't understand why all these poor reviews haven't prompted something yet.

As others have said, the app is very buggy especially when it comes to pairing. Developers deciding to argue instead of seeing the big picture doesn't help. Volume in Tribble can't be adjusted except through the app which makes it worse. For some reason, the app doesn't work at all on my Android 12 phone...not sure what is causing that one...but added to my low score.

Terrible. Counterintuitive interface, bad instructions, and generally poor quality. Extremely disappointing. Also, requires location services to be active. There is NO reason this should be a requirement. And in response to the developer, the Android OS absolutely does NOT require location services to be active for Bluetooth to function. I connect to multiple other Bluetooth devices on a daily basis, and not a single one of them requires location services. Please reassess your evaluation.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the app. The Android operating system requires location to be enabled in order for Bluetooth to function. The app is not tracking your location.
