Very slow. The address bar has predictive text that is too close to the box where you are trying to input the actual address. As a result ,you can't see what you're writing. Then the screen turns red and stays like that. This has happened about four times. The info is not being stored so you have to keep putting the address in. Now I have had to uninstall to see if that makes a difference. Not a good application.

The app is good for top ups and balance checks, but recently it doesnt update, quickly with new top ups and usage; which can be quite misleading. I might have finished all my call allowance; national and intl and it doesnt reflect on my balance on the app. At times it keeps popping error on my top up page.

Pitiful attempt at an app, impossible to input credit card details due to constant glitches. Had to set up direct debit as credit card section simply doesn't work. Its sad that people get paid good money to build such a child like app but this is also reflected in the in store lack of interest. If there was every a company that needed a serious shake up it's this one. Service this bad really has to come from the very top down, a few bad staff or developers don't get it this wrong this often.
