The Connect App is currently buggy and unstable. Although I'm running the most up-to-date version on a Galaxy s23, the Newsfeed doesn't automatically refresh, notifications are unreliable, and we often hear of users having app crashes across different kinds of devices, constantly having to re-log in. This is an App that we want to love! I hope ACS invests resources to overhaul this tool, as it's the most significant tool for church communication.

App is terrible. Constant glitches. It logs me out nearly every time I open it, and repeatedly loads and reloads to even sign back in. Many times I have to delete and re-download the app. I wish my church never forced us to this faulty platform. I almost never get notifications from communications, though have enabled ALL, if I can even get into the app.

I continually have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work properly. I don't know why the app is so glitchy, but please fix!! This is an amazing tool and I'd love to be able to use it to its fullest capacity. Thank you! Update: App remains very glitchy; whatever update occurred on May 29th seemed to birth new issues. I have not called support recently because every single time I call, I'm told it's my phone. It's exasperating.
