Poor service. I have complained so many times for change the meter number as wrong meter number is added to my customer ID.its being 3 month I m using png but problem is still remains same. Tell me how I pay my bill. App is good but services are poor.

getting no response error many times. payment deducted but app stuck afterwards. however, after emailing to customer care about the issue resolved after 3 days, the amount reflected to my customer ID.

Very poor service Request for new connection and it's been six months still not get connection. Even after multiple complaints no solution provided.
