Doesnt keep it up to date, I've had the same driving score and claims for the past 3 months. It's a waste of space

It keeps showing me all blank everything and it takes forever to update at the beginning of the month...and it's not very accurate with the driver score or all the reviews..and there should be a place where we can dispute the claims that are against us.

I like being able to see my status but the app is very glitchy and doesn't show what you actually have.
