For reinstallation: 1) Install AndrOpen Office - - 2) Install Professional Pack - - 3) Open Professional Pack and follow instructions - - - - I struggled with this for a good half hour, because I never actually opened the Professional Pack after I reinstalled it. Now I just feel silly for not realising xP
