Sorry to say I have faced a worst service when I was having an online session with the doctor, and I could not able to access application properly because of app malfunction continuously notification call running in background and i couldn't able to hear doctor voice and session got disconnected..

Waste app where there is no informations regarding which patient has booked from app. As a result in case of emergency or due to some issues if Doctor has rescheduled the appointments, you will not be informed and you would have wasted your time and money by visiting the clinic. It happened twice with us. Both the times, I suggested to find the solution to the problem, but I guess Apollo is least bothered about the issue.

I have had a bad experience with my order for medications for my family. The delivery date before payment was shown as same day for a few items, whereas after payment it got shifted to the next day. The delivery which was supposed to happen on 3rd did not happen and I get an SMS saying that it will be delivered on 4th. The whole point of the delivery date was to ensure that medicines are received on time. Worst part is that I do not get any phone number for customer care or for delivery agent.
