I started using the app few months ago. However, I noticed they got the patient name wrong in most of the invoices. I am unable to make medical insurance claim against those bills. I have also written mail for correction in the invoices. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to discontinue using its services. If there is any confusion regarding patient name, they could have easily reached out. Instead they decided to generate invoices with absurd names.

Please don't use this app. They can harm your health by delivering wrong product and confuse you with the packing. When I ordered a medicine (syrup) they delivered the box of the ordered product but real medicine was different from the ordered one. Unfortunately, I had 2 dose without realising it and now facing side effects. Even after raising the concern, nobody reached out to me. I request you all do not take risk with your health by ordering medicine from their app.

Basically you get cheated when you subscribe to their premium service where they promise discounts and free delivery. If the order value is substantial you get discounts otherwise you get basic. Now for the same item I was charged differently in 20 days difference as first time it is part of a bigger order and 2nd time it was part of a smaller order. I am peeved because you promise free delivery and same standard discount for every order but differente based on value. Not worth !!
