I wanted an agency, so I contacted them and emailed them, but I haven't received any reply for three days. How will these people solve our problems later? Someone told me it's a very good app.but no busy replying.

My calls are not coming and if I message sir, we appear offline and I am not able to message him and he cuts the call.

For agencies considering joining this platform, please read the policies carefully, as there is a risk of termination instead of genuine support. The lack of communication from the administrators is unacceptable. LivChat has failed to release host payments despite multiple messages and follow-ups. It appears that our concerns are being ignored.
